I really wish Cooking Light would get more in tune with the every day cook. Many of the recipes require ingredients that you would use only for that recipe and then…i don’t know, watch it go bad? Also many of the recipes are time consuming and would not necessairily work for people who do not have alot of time to dedicate in the grocery store searching for ingredients or in kitchen. But the recipes that I have tried from the book are delicious. It is a great addition to my collection overall.
I buy every “Cooking Light Annual” cookbook. They have great ideas, recipes and menus.
If you like cooking light this is great, so you don’t have to keep the clutter of the magazines.

Great everyday cookbook!
I ordered the 2006 and 2007 edition from Amazon after using the 2008 and 2009 for two weeks. Every week, I go through all four books and pick new recipes to try.

Always a great compilation of healthy recipes
I get the magazine each month but still get the yearly compilation of recipes - much easier to find old favorites and new recipes to try.
